Gilberto Caparica Neto

Gilberto Caparica Neto is an international business and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading growth, transformation and execution across complex organisations and markets.
His career spans business strategy, sales, marketing, operations, finance, people leadership, technology, digital transformation and mergers and acquisitions. He has led global teams of up to 2,000 professionals, managed businesses exceeding EUR 100 million in scale and led M&A transactions and business integrations with an aggregate value above USD 1.2 billion.
His international experience includes leadership and business activities across Latin America, North America and Europe, working with organisations in different stages of growth, transformation, operational improvement and expansion.
He holds a specialisation from the Executive Development Programme for Directors at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), in Brazil — ranked among the world's top 10 executive education schools by the Financial Times, and the only Latin American institution in that group — as well as a degree in Business Administration. In addition to his executive career, Gilberto is an MBA professor in Consultative Sales and High-Performance Negotiation at ESAMC and serves as a Visiting MBA Professor at Mackenzie University, bringing practical executive experience into leadership development and business education.
